<br /> Sn.eriff' s Deed under date of November l�, 19�1, and which was recorded in Book �3, page 76,
<br /> of the Deed records oi' Hall County, Nebraska; " '
<br /> That I am also well and personally acquainted with J. J. Kellogg who is listed as
<br /> purchaser of the above described real estate in the Sheriff�s Return to Order of Sale in
<br /> the matte-r of Tax Foreclosur e Case No. �719 in the District Court of Hall �ounty, Nebraska;
<br /> dated�.November i3, 1939;
<br /> And Affiant positively kno��r, Qf his personal, kno�tledge and acquain�anc� with sub,�ect
<br /> persons that the said John J. Kellogg and the said J. J. Kello�g were one and b�e same
<br /> �erson nottaithstanding the seeming discrepancy in names.
