<br /> SECTION 6. The City of Grand Island accedes to the recommenda.tion� of the appraisers
<br /> with respect to the Consumers Public Power District for damages to Lot 1, Block 43, Origlnal
<br /> Town, and agrees that the City will pay the expense of constructing an l�-foot driveway
<br /> from Fourth Street to their lot Iine, and on that basis approves the award of the appraisers
<br /> for the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ( �1500.00) ..
<br /> SECTI�N 7. The C3ty of Grand Island hereby accedes to the recommendations oY the
<br /> appraisera �aith respect to Yost Lumber Company, located on the Union Pacific right-of-way,
<br /> and agrees that it will slope tne sidewalk and curb at the expense of the City, and on that
<br /> basis ap�rove the award of the appraisers .for the sum of Seventy-five Hundred Dollars
<br /> (�7�j00.00) to Yost Lumber Company.
<br /> SECTI�N �. The City of Grand Island hereby agrees to obtain title for alley purposes
<br /> to the small unoccupied corner on the north end of Lot �, Bloek 5�, Original Town, and on
<br /> that basis approves the finding of the appraisers that George Miller has suffered no damage.
<br /> SECTION 9. The City of Grand Island hereby accepts the report of the ap�raisers that
<br /> Grand Island Poultry and Egg Company at 371 North Sycamore Street, has suffered no damage.
<br /> SECTION �0. The C3.ty Engineer is hereby directed and ordered to prepare and file with
<br /> the Regls�er of Deeds of �Hall County, Nebra�ka, a plat showing the exact locations and
<br /> descriptions of the property taken and damaged in this condemnation proceeding, and the
<br /> City Clerk is hereby ordered to file with the Register of Deeds a certified copy of this
<br /> ordinance and of Ordinance No. 217� of the ordinances of the City of Grand Ialand, Nebraska.
<br /> The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare plans for said subway and the approache�.

<br /> the orders of such partles, and the Gity of Grand Island does hereby immediately appropriate
<br /> the property to be taken.
<br /> SECTION 12. This ordinance shall be in foree and t�,ke effect from and after its pass-
<br /> age, approval and publication, as provided by law.
