Prinee, their Attorney, and the defendant, Donald Robert <br /> McKinney, being present by Carl Ed ?dillard, an attorney of this B�, having been appointed � <br /> guardi�.n ad litem for said defendant, and the Guardian having consented that this case <br /> rnight be heard upon the pleadings and the evidence in her absence; evidence was introduced, <br /> argument of counsel had; and now the Court, being fully advised in the premisee, finds: <br /> The Court finds generally that each �.nd every allegation contained in the plaintiffs ' <br /> petition is true, and that the plaintiffs are entitled ta the relief prayed for. <br /> ��Tithout being limited thereto, the court further finds specifically that all of the <br /> proceeding leading up to the Guardian' s Sale were regulax� in form and in accordance �aith <br /> the Statutes of the State of Nebraska; that Mildr ed Sutton Clark was next of kin of the <br /> minor, Donald Robert McKinney, and that on said Guardian� s sale the plaintiffs received <br /> an absolute ffse simple title to said premises and have been and now are the absolute <br /> owners thereof. <br /> The Court further finds that the title to said premises should be quieted in the <br /> plaintiffs as against the said Donald Robert MeKinney, a minor, and Mildred Sutton Clark, <br /> as guardian of said Donald Robert McKinney. <br /> IT IS, THER�'FOFtE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the title to Lot <br /> Two (2) in Block Thirteen (13) in Bonnie Brae Addition tv the City of Grand Island, Hall <br /> County, Nebraska, be and the same is hereby quieted in Virgil R.
