<br /> the Elrnwood Cemetery at St. Paul, Howard County, Nebraska, on the 24th day of December,
<br /> 1947; that the said Jerry J. Cerney was also known as Jerry Joseph Cerney and that
<br /> "Jerry J. Cerney" and "Jerry Joseph Cerney" was one and the same individual notwithstand-
<br /> ing the discrepancy in names; that the said Jerry J. Cerney, also known as Jerry Joseph
<br /> Cerney, taa,s the husband of Florence Cerney, who is one of the grantees with the said
<br /> Jerry J. Cerne;� in the said `�larranty Deed set out and described a.bove in this affidavit;
<br /> that she is Taell and personally acquainted with the said Florence Cerney and has been
<br /> acquainted with the said Florence Cerney for more than 13 years last past; that she knows
<br /> of her own personal knowledge that she said Florence Cerney survived her husband, the
<br /> said Jerry J. Cerney, also known as Jerry Joseph Cerney, who died on the 22nd day oP
<br /> December, 1947, and that the said Florence Cerney, a widow, is still living at the pre-
