<br /> law, deposes and says, P. Voitl and Phillipp�Voi�1 to whom was conveyed by quit claim deed
<br /> dated August lOth, 1868 and whieh deed conveyed the westerly ha.If of Lot Two in Block
<br /> Fifty Four in the original tourn of Grand Island, Nebr. and t�rhich deed was recorded in Book
<br /> C of Page 21 of the record8 oP Hall County, Nebr, and that said Phillipp Hoitl, under the
<br /> na,me of Philipp Voitl by Will conveyed eaid above described property to his wife Kressenz
<br /> Voitl recorded in Book D Page 56� in the records of Hall County, Nebraska anc� that the said
<br /> P. Voitl and Phillipp Voitl and said Philipp Voitl all refer to and are one -and the same
<br /> iderrtical person and the affiant further sayeth that he was well aequainted with Fred A.
<br /> Wiebe, one of the grantors in a certain deed conveying the above described property to
<br /> P. Voitl, said deed being �ecorded in Book C Page 21 of the said Hall County, records and
<br /> with Charlea A. Wiebe, the s�n of said Fr�d A. Wiebe and that the said Charles A. Wiebe,
<br /> one of the grantors in a certain deed to John Voitle conveying the abone described property,
<br /> whieh said deed was recorded in Book Page 520 of the Hall Cou�lty records, �ras the son of the
<br /> said Fred A. Wiebe and was the sole and only heir of the said Fred A. Wiebe, excluaive of

<br /> Keating Mortuary in St. Paul, Howard County, Nebraska, and has been engaged in such
<br /> undertaking business in Haward County, Nebraska, for more than 6 yeaxs last past; that
<br /> she was well and personally acquainted with Jerry J. Cerney, one of the grantees in a
<br /> certain Warranty Deed conveying the following described real estate, to-wit: The North
