<br /> In consi eration of the Nebraska Loan & Trust Company, Grand Island, Nebraska, making a
<br /> loan to m��us, the undersigned, in the sum of '�4500.00, which is to be secured by a
<br /> First Mort�age on the following described real estate;
<br /> Lot One (1) , in Block Five � 5) , in Russel Wheeler ' s Addition to Gra.nd Island, Nebraska,
<br /> as surveyed, plattec� and recorded.
<br /> and for the purpose of further securing said loan we �hereby seZl, assign and trarlsfer unto
<br /> the Nebraska Loan & Trust Company all rents or rentals and income to be due or received
<br /> from said xaropert� and hereby agree th�.t in ca.se of default of the payment of any taxes
<br /> when the �ame shall become delinquent, or in ti�e case of c�efault of the payment of any
<br /> interest on said mortgage, or in the -default in tr�e �ayment of any insurance when due,
