<br /> 6go, 691 and 692, a.nd that I had a conversation with the �rantee in said deeds, Lizzie
<br /> Gutachow, bePore the 26th day of Ju1y, 1928, in which she stated that Chris Gut�ehow, her son
<br /> and the grarrtor in the deed rECOrded in Book 63 at said page 690, had complied with the
<br /> annual payments of �250.00 to be paid the said Lizzie Gutschow on the first day of January
