<br /> SECTION 15. The City Clerk of Grand Island, Nebraska, shall cauee to be prepared,
<br /> ballots for the use in said election and said ballots to be printed on white paper and to
<br /> be designated as "�fficial Ballots, p and upon said ballots �hall be printed the proposition
<br /> embodied in Section Twelve of this ordinance and at the left side of said proposition the
<br /> words aYES'� and �NOu, and a blark square under �ach of said word� a].1 in accordance with
<br /> the form prescribed by the general laws vf the State of Nebraska, r elative to electians in
<br /> cities of the f irst clasa.
<br /> The proposition herein referred to ahall be printed on a apecial ballots and shall be
<br /> known and designated a� Proposition number threE
<br /> A11 electors who favor the affirmative of said proposition shall make a cross in the
<br /> blank:_square opposite said proposition and under the word "YES� and a11 electors who are
<br /> opposed to said proposition ahall make a� cross in the blank aquare opposite aaid proposi-

<br /> SECTION 16. The registration book� for the rev3sion and correetion of the Regigtration
<br /> records af said City of (�rand Is3and, Nebraeka, shall be t�pen at the offlce of the City
<br /> �lerk durin� the time provided by law- preee�fl�r�g such eleetion.
<br /> SECTION 17. 8aid election sha31 be open at each of s�id po111ng places 3.n said several
<br /> voting districts at nine o{clock in the forenoon of said day and the polls ehall c3oae at
<br /> seven o� clock in the afternoon of said day.
<br /> SECTION 18. The same number of �udges and clerks of election shall qualify and serve
<br /> - in said election as qua,lify and serve in general election and their duties shall likewise
<br /> be the sa::e. The returns of said election ghall be made to the Mayor a.nd Council of said
<br /> city and by them canvassed on the first Monday aft�r said eleetion and the resulte shall
<br /> then be declared by said Ma.yor and Council. If a ma�ority of the electors voting at said
<br /> eleetion shall vote in favor of said proposition the s�.me ehall be declaredto have been
<br /> c�,rried and the Mayor and Council shall be authorized to temporarily borrow said light
<br /> and ice funds for the payment of said da�aages, and in that event the Magor and Counell
<br /> � are hereby given general authority to award and to pay damages in accordance with the
<br /> prov9.�ions of S�etions 18-605 to 18-609, Revised Statutes of Nebraska, for the year 19�3•
