<br /> The Center One Thi'rd ( C 1/3) of Lot Five ( 5) , in Block Seven ( 7} , in Hann' s Third Addition
<br /> to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, State of Nebraska;
<br /> there are now no liens, mort�ages or incumberances outstanding against said premises except
<br /> those which now appear of record;
<br /> Nor, were there any unrecorded mortgages which constituted a lien against said premises
<br /> at the time of the execution and delivery of tha,t certain Warranty Deed bearing date
<br /> Se�tember 9, 1930, executed by Ray B. tsattion , husband, as Grantor -to- Grace Ma.ttison,
<br /> wife, as Grantee, and which conveyed title to the above described premises, being recorded
<br /> in Book 70, page 331 of the Deed records of Hall County, Nebraska. That the statement in
<br /> said deed which reads - "sub�ect however to a 2�2ortgage of Seven Hundred (�700.00) Dollarsu
<br /> ��as a mis-statement and error, there being no '�Seven Hundred Dollar" mortgage then outstanding
<br /> as a lien against said premisee; - but - said clause was undoubtedly intended to refer to
<br /> then unpaid balance of apx�roximately Seventeen Hundred Dollars of an original `�2500.00
<br /> mortgage then of record as a lien in Pavor of The Equitable Building & Loan Association
<br /> of Gr�.nd I sland, Nebraska.
