<br /> �hat I am a resident oP wood River in Hall County, �ebraska, �nd have been such for more
<br /> than 2� ye��.rs last past; that from the years 1903 to 1912, I resided on a farm one-half mile
<br /> north of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11 in Township 10 North, Range 11, West of the 6th
<br /> P.M. and was nersonally well acquainted with Robert C. Gilchrist, who was the owner of said
<br /> real estate hereinbefore sp.ecifically deseribed and who died on November 16, 1912, at Julesburg,
<br /> Colorado; that I was personally and well acquainted with Harriet Gilchrist, �,uho was the t�ife
<br /> of said Robert C. Gilchrist and who was devised a life estatein and for her natural life time
<br /> � in the above-described real estate under the Last Will and Testament of said Robert C. Gilehrist,
<br /> which Will was duly admitted to probate on Decernber 16, 1921, by t'tie County Court oP Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska; I positively know:.�f my own personaly knowledge that said Harriet Gilchrist died at
<br /> Denver, Colorado, on March 29, _1939, that I saw her remains and T,aas present at her burial in the
<br /> Alda Cemetery in Hall County, l�ebraska.
