<br /> and corners markea with conerete monuments, upon receipt of �hich the lesaee shall have a
<br /> reasonable time in tahich to examine the title and, u��on completion of title examination, if
<br /> title is fo und s�tisfaetory, shell tender the purchase price to lessor, a,nd lessor, at tirne of
<br /> sueh tender, sh�ll deliver to the lessee a good and su�ficient warranty deed convey3.ng the
<br /> premiaes to the lessee f ree and clear of �.11 encumbrances (including, without limiting the
<br /> foregoing, the rignts of dower and/or curtesy) .
<br /> (11) APPLICAT�OI� OF OP TION PTJRCHASE PRICE. In event accruing rentals a.re insufficient
<br /> to reimburse lessee for expenditures made by lessee hereunder, and in event lessee excercises
<br /> the opti�n to purchase the demised premises, lessee may apply such part of the urchase price
<br /> as is necessary to (a) completely reimburse itself for auch expendit�ares and (b� pay any .
<br /> other indebtedness of lessor to lessee, togeLher with interest at six per cent.
<br /> (12) HOLDOVFR. If, at the expiration or termination oP this lease or any extenaion thereof,
<br /> lessee shall holdover for �.ny reason, the tenancy oP lessee thereafter shall be from month
<br /> to month on�y and be sub,�ect to �11 the other terms and conditions of this lease, in the
<br /> absence of a written agreement to the contrary.

<br /> (13) ASSIG��ENT A�TD SUB-LETTING. Lessor consents tha,t lessee may assign or sub-let the
<br /> premises, provided that lessee shall rema.in liable to lessor for the performance of all
<br /> the terms hereof.
<br /> (1.4) l�OTICE. Notices from lessee to lessor shall be sufficient if delivered to lessor,
<br /> or if plaeed in the United Sta.tes Mai1s addressed to the address sho�+Tn in this lease. Notices
<br /> from lessor to lessee ahall be qufficient if posted in the United 3tates Mails, posta�e
<br /> prepaid, addressed to the lessee' s principal nl�.ce oY business as shown in this lease.
<br /> (15) APPROVAL AND SIGNING BY LESSEE. This agreement, whatever the circumstances, shall
<br /> not be bin�?ing �rn the lessee unless and until approved and signed in its behalf by an
<br /> Executive Officer, General Sales Manager, Assista.nt General �3ales Manager, Manager De�.ler
<br /> sales (Executive Sales O�fiee) , Assistant Manager Dealer Sales (Executive 9ales OPfice),
<br /> Manager Real Est�.te Division or Territorial Manager (Domestic Sales Depaxtment ) .
<br /> (16), SUCCESSORS A"JD ASSIGNS. This agreement shall be binding upon and shall enure to
<br /> the benePit of the parties hereto and their respective successors or assigns.
