<br /> hereunder on principal or interest fnr a period of thirty (30) days, first partiea may
<br /> declare this contra,ct forfeited and bring action for reeovery of said property, and second
<br /> parties will f orfeit the payments which they have made on said premises.
<br /> First parties further a�ree to execute a Warra nty deed for said premises conveying the
<br /> same to the second parties hereunder, to-wit: Frank Lunney and Maude L. Lunney, a,s �oint
<br /> tenants, not tenants in common, with the right of survivorship, and said deed wi21 be held
<br /> in escrow by the first parties or by someone designated by them..so that the same will be
<br /> delivered when final payments have been made hereunder.
<br /> Second �,rties further agree to pay a1I premiuma on insurance on said premises; pay
<br /> all taxes �rhen the same are due, and lf any special �axes are asaessed, to pay said taxes
