<br /> THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into thia 20 day of January, A.D. 19�7, by and between

<br /> And it is further agreed that if any rent shall be due and unpaid or if defauZt be �'
<br /> made in any of the covenants herein contained, i� shall then be lat�ful for any of the �,
<br /> sa,id parties of the first part, to reenter said premises and the party of the sec�nd part
<br /> a.gree� to vacate said premises without notice:
<br /> And it is further agreed that party of the first part, will pay and contiaue to pay ��._
<br /> the taxes due or to become due on said premises, and that if said party of the first
<br /> part, fails to pay said taxes, then party of the second part, may pay said taxes and ta.ke
<br /> credit f'or the same for any amount due or to become due under the terms of this leaseing �
<br /> agreement. � �
<br /> And it is further agreed that as a part of the considsration stated in this leasing
<br /> agreement, sa.id party o� the second part, his heirs, sueceesors or assigns, shall have
<br /> the right to purchase the above deacribed property from party of the f irst part, at the
<br /> expiration of this leasing agreement for the sum of �500.00, in exohange for which, party �
<br /> of the first part agrees to execute and deliver to party of the second part, a good and �O
<br /> su#'fieient Warranty Deed for said premises, together with an abstract showing good and �
<br /> merchantable title for the same.
<br /> And it is further agreed that the party of the second part will keep said premises
<br /> free from WeedB. �'

<br /> of any descrip'tion on the ad,joining proper�y belonging to the party of the Pirst �.rt. ,I

<br /> Second vart sh�11 h�.ve the right to construct on said premises any and all buildin�s �
<br /> desired by him and to conduct any busSness operation therein, not prohibited by law.

<br /> the date of 9th day oP July, 1947, given by us the said Cornell Sober and Mar�orie 3ober,
<br /> husband and wife, is well and truly paid accordin� to the terms thereof, then this assign-
