<br /> bersonally acquainted with Oliver F. Groves now deceased, whose est�,te was probated in
<br /> Hall County, I�earaska, and the final decree recorded therein in Book "L" at Page 95 of
<br /> Miscellaneous Records in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br /> that the said 0. F. Groves and Oliver F. Graves, is one and the aame person not*.�rithstanding
<br /> the discrepancies in the name,
<br /> Affiant �'urther states that she is well and personally acquainted with Ottis Otto Groves
<br /> one of the grantors in a r^Jarranty Deed executed for the above described property, da.ted
<br /> Maren 16tn, 1904, recorded in Book 37 at Page 32 of the Deed Records of Hall County Nebraska,
<br /> anc� t'rlat affiant is also ��ersonally acquainted with Nellie Groves, grantee in the above
<br /> described deed �nc� affiant sta.tes that the said Nellie Groves was at the time of executing
<br /> said deed, the t,rife of Ottis Otto Groves and affiant furtner states that the affi�nt hprein
<br /> : is the sa,me nerson as tne said Parthine L. Preston, �rantor in said above described deed
<br /> and at the time tha.t said deed wa.s executed, P�Iarch 1 th, 190�, affiant herein was unmarried.
<br /> Affiant further states tnat the affiant herein was the widow of Oliver F. Groves, deceased
