<br /> Burmood, Laura C. Burmood, Martha E. Burmood, Zelda Packer, Ila Hoye and Harley Burmood, party
<br /> of the first part, and Floyd B. Glersdorf and Laura Giersdorf, husband and wife of Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska, party of the second part.
<br /> WITNESSETH, that the said party of the fira�G part hereby covenanta and agrees that if the

<br /> mentioned on their part to be made and performed, the said party of the first par� will con-

<br /> And the said party of the secand part hereby covenants and agrees to pay to said party oP

<br /> following: One Thousand and No,1104 (�1,000.00) Dollars cash in hand paid, the receipt
<br /> whereof is hereb acknowled.ged, and the balance is to be paid; Thirty Five Hundred and
<br /> No/100 Dollars (�3,50fl.Q0) on or before, March lst. 194�8� The balanee of Forty Five Hundred
<br /> and I�o/l00 Dollars (��,500.00) is to be paid at the rate of One Thousand and No�100 Bollars
<br /> (�1,000.00) per year, the flrst installment payment is to be paid, on or before, March lst.
<br /> 19�9 and llke payments are to be paid, on or before, each March lst. in each and every year
<br /> therea.fter until the principal sum herein xientio�ed is fully paid, together with interest
<br /> thereon, f ig,�red on the unpaid balances, at Five (5�) per cent per annum, from date oP March
<br /> lst. 19�8. It is agreed that second parties may make larger in�tallment pay�ments or they
<br /> may pay the entire unpaid balan ce at any prior date they may desire so to do. Partiea oP
<br /> the seeond paxt agree to secure- and carry f ire insurance on said buildings on the said
<br /> premises in the amount of �3,004.00 on the dwelling and �1,00�.00 on the other buildin�s,
<br /> and to pay the prem3,ums thereon. Said fire insurance policies are to bear a ��eontrac� for
<br /> sale� clause in favor of the first party and a1l sueh Pire insurance policies are to be
<br /> held by the first party. �.
<br />� with interest at the rate of 5 per centum per annu�,� nually on the whole sum remainin� from
<br /> time to time unpaid, and to �ay all taxes, as�essments, or im�:�os3tions that may be legally
<br /> levied or imposed �pon said land, sub�equent to the year 19�7. And in case of fa�lure of
<br /> the said party of- the second ��r� to make either of the payments or to perform any of the
<br /> covenanta on their part� b:erebjr, made and entered into, this contract shall at the option of
<br /> the par�y of the first part, be forfeited and determined, and the party of the second part
<br /> shall forfeit all paymenta by them made on this contraet and such payments sha11 be retained
<br /> by the said party of �he Pirst par�t in full satisfaction of al.l the damagea by them austained,
<br /> and they sha,ll ha,ve the right to re-enter and take possession of said premises aforesaid.
<br /> Party of the first paxt agrees to let party of the second part into possesalon of said
<br /> premises not later than March 2nd. 19�8, and paxty of' the second part shall thereaf'ter be
<br /> entitled to the posseasion, use, rents, isauee and profits of said premises so long as said
<br /> party shall nqt be in default hereunder.
<br /> It is mutually agreed that all the covenants and agreements herein aon�ained eha11 extend
<br /> to and be o"bli�,�ot�y upon the heirs, executors, adminlstra'�ors and assigns of the respeetive
<br /> parties.
