<br /> application and petition for the appointment of a receiver was thereafter filed by the Comptroller
<br /> of the Currencey oP the United States oP America, and upon a hea,ring thereon Ed.gar M. Westervelt,
<br /> was appointed receiver of all the assets oP said bank; that he duly qualified as such; that
<br /> during the year 1.�99 said Ed.gar M. Westervelt, duly resigned as such receiver, his final report
