<br /> I, Edwin Jensen,being Pirst duly sworn, on my oath depose and say that T am �7 years oP age
<br /> � and reside at Daian�virke in Howard Cvunty, Nebraska; that S am a son of Jens N. Jensen who
<br /> 1s now the owner oP record of the above-de5cribed real estate and of' my own knowledge,
<br /> ` positively known that said Jens N.Jensen,my father, is not the Jena Jensen named as plain-
<br /> tiff in Case No.go56 in the District Court of Ha11 County, Nebraska, in which case Etta
<br /> Jensen,wife of plainti�'f procured a decree of divorce from said plaintiff on December 3,
<br /> 1939, and also procured a ,judgment against said plaintiff for support of minor children of
<br /> , the parties to said sui� in the sum of �12. 50 per week.
<br /> I further positively state that I well knew said �ens Jensen named as pZaintiPf in said
<br /> Case No.9056 above described; that said Jens Jensen lived on Cherry 8treet in tre City oP
<br /> C€rand Zsland, Nebraska, was a carpenter by occupation and trade and was employed by the Diamond
<br /> Engineering Co.of Grand Island, Nebraska,while he resided in Grand Island, Nebraska; that said
<br /> Jens Jensen ls approximately 10 years older than this aPfiant and has never lived upon or
<br /> had any right, title or interest oY whatsoever nature in and to the aPore-described real estate;
<br /> I further positively state tha� said Etta Jensen,wife of said Jens Jensen hereinbefore
<br /> described ie not rnow and at no time ever was the wl�f� oP my Pather Jens N. Jensen; that I
<br /> pos�.tinely know said Etta Jensen and know that she is residing in Shelton, Nebraska, and
<br /> �hat she remarr3.ed after December 3, 1939, and is now a widow; that my • �n�her's name is
<br /> Oline Jensen and that my father has been marriEd but once ir_ his lifetime and only to my
