<br /> WHEREAS, Walter R. Stryker and J�ssie M. Stryker, hi5 wife, a.re the owners of the

<br /> Hall County, Nebras�a, and Franeis H. Purdy and Evelyn S. Purdy, husband and wife, are
<br /> the owners of the Southerly 66 feet of' said Lot: and
<br /> WHEREAS, there is u�on said lot one double garage and a single driv�way to said garage,
<br /> the dividing line being approximately in the middle of said driveway;
