<br /> day of April , 1�09, the said Nettie L. Spink, then a single woman, conveyed said premises,

<br /> Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebrask�., on the 23rd d��.y of July, 1909, in Sook 45 of
<br /> Deeds at pa�e 62; that prior thereto on the 4th day of November 190�, the said Nettie L.
<br /> Spink �nc� Franci� P. Spink , her husb�nd, had conveyed said premises to the sa�d Paul Kri1e, �
<br /> by Mortgage DePd �nd said Mortgage Deed was duly recorded in the Office of the Register o�'
<br /> Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 5th d�y of November, 190� in Book 3� of Mortgages
<br /> a� page 220; that the subsequent execution and delivexyy o�' said Warranty Deed to the said
<br /> Paul Krile mer�ed *�uith said Mortgage Deed by the conveyance of the complete title to sa.id
<br /> premises to the saic� Paul Krile, that said Mortga�e Deed was due by its terms six months
<br /> after d�te; that PauZ Kri1e w�.s the holder of said mortgage at the time it became due and
<br /> a2so the owner of said premises; th�.t on the 16th day of March 1911, the said Paul Krile,
<br /> a, widower, conveyed said premises by Warranty deed to Alfaretta B. Sm�.th; that said deed
