<br /> above described, as agreed by us to be paid in the real estate mortgage on the property
<br /> above described securing said loan.
<br /> Said Asai�nee may, in its discretion, use the rents so far as necessary Por the purpose of
<br /> making such repairs upon the premises as, in its ,�udgment, may be proper and may use said
<br /> rents so far as necessary for the payment of insurance premiums and taxes upon said
<br /> premiseg, or any other payments tv be made by us under the terms oP the mortgage above
<br /> mentioned, the balance to be applied upon the payment of monthly dues, interest and fines
<br /> on said certificate and loan.
