<br /> and the balance upon the furnishing of a good. and sufficient marketable title and
<br /> abstract.

<br /> America the authority em�ow�red by law to acquire the lands and the interegt therein
<br /> described in said pe'�ition and also under authority of the Attorney QeneraZ of the

<br /> and the public use for which said lands and interes� therein were taken; that the '
<br /> Administrator of Veterans Affairs is the person duly au�horiz�d and empowered by law to
<br /> acquire lands and �Ghe interest ti�ArPin, such as are deseribed in the petition, for use
<br /> in connection with the establishmcnt oP a hospital in the Ci'Cy of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> Yor the Veterans Administration and for such other USE9 as may be au�hor�.zed by Congress,
<br /> �.nd is required for emmediate use, and that the Attorney Cieneral of the Uihlted States is
