<br /> (2) Grantee shall have tlie rigl�t, from time to time, after completing the installation of an initial pipe line 1�ereunder, to construct and install one
<br /> or more ndclitional pipe lines hereunder upon payment to Grantors, tTieir heirs or assigns, of an ac�clitional sum of Twenty-five cents per linear rod for eacb
<br /> such at�ditional line.
<br /> (3) Grantee agrees, as further consideration for tl�is grant, to pay Grantors an additional Twenty-five (2g) cents per linear rocl for any pipe line,
<br /> or section thereof, constructed hereunder having an outside diameter of eight inches or over.
<br /> (q) As furtlier consideration for this grant, Grantee agrees to install a tap on any gas pipe line constru,cted by Grantee upon Grantors' said
<br /> premises for the purpose of supp�ying gas, so long as such pipe line shall be maintained by Grantee, for use upon saic�premises for c�omestic purposes only
<br /> nncl not for resale. Gas supplied under the terms of this clause shall be measured and delivered at tl�e Line of Grantee at the same price and under the
<br /> same rules and regulations, as f ar as applicable, as in ef f ect f rom time to time f or similar service to clomestic customers in the nearest city or town in
<br /> the State of Nebraaka in whicl� Grantee retails natural gas. AlI connections and equipment from tAe outlet of the meter
