<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD saic� riglit-of-way anc� easement unto said Kansas-Nebraska Natural Gas C'ompany, Inc., its successors anc� assigns, so Iong
<br /> as such pipe Iines, and appurtenances thereto, shall be maintained: together with the right of ingress to and egress from said premises for tlie purpose of
<br /> constructing, inspecting, repairing, maintaining, renewing ancl replacing t�ie property of Cirantee locatet� thereon, or the removal thereof, in whole or in pnrt
<br /> at will, of Grantee. Grantors retain the riglit to use and enjoy said premises, subject only to the right of Grantee to use the same for tlie purposes

<br /> �t� �irantee agrees to lay all pipe hereuncler at sueh cicpth as not to interfere with the eultivation of t�ie soil; to pay Cirantors any ctamages fo
<br /> c�rowing crops, fences or other improvements which may arise from the operations of Grantee; any such clamages, if not mutually agreed upon, to be
<br /> aseertainec� an� cleterminec� by three clisinterestecl persons, one of wliom shall be appointec� by �irantors, or their assigns, one by Grantee, anc� the thircl
<br /> chosen by the two so appointecl. T/ie written awarc� of a majority of such three persons sTiall be final and conclusive upon the parties hereto.
<br /> (2) Grantee sliall �ave t�e right, from time to time, after completing the installation of an i.nitial pipe line hereunder, to construct and install one
<br /> or more additional pipe lines hereunder upon paymenf to Grantors, their lieirs or assigns, of an additional sum of Twenty-five cents per linear rod for each
<br /> such additional line.
<br /> (g) Grantee agrees, as further consideration for this grant, to pay Grantors an additional Twenry-five (2g) cents per linear rod for any pipe line,
<br /> or section thereof, constructed hereunder l�aving an outside diameter of eigTit inclies or over.
<br /> (q) As further consideration for this grant, Grantee ngrees to install a tap on any gas pipe line constructed by Grantee upon Grantors' said
<br /> premises for t�e purpose of supplying gas, so long as such pipe line shall be maintainec�by �'irantee, for use upon sait�premises for domestic purposes only
<br /> and not for resale. Gas supplied under the terms of this clause shall be measured and delivered at the line of Grantee at the same price and under the
<br /> snme ru�es nnd regulations, as far as applicable, as in ef fect from time to time for similar service to c�omestic customers in the nearest city or town in
<br /> tlie State of Nebraska �n which Grantee retails natural gas. All connections and equipment from t�e outlet of the meter
<br /> shall be furnished and paid for by Grantors under rules and regulations of Grantee. The meter and regulator setting will be installed by Grantee which
<br /> will retain ownership thereof. This provision sl�all be gfven effect upon written notice from Grantors.
<br /> (g) It is agreed by Grantors that any payment of consideration due under the terms hereof may be made jointly to �'irantors and any mortgagees
<br /> of recorcl at the time such payment Fiecomes clue.
