Grantors retain tlie right to use and enjoy said premises, subject only to the right of Grantee to use the same for the purposes <br /> herein expressed. <br /> (i) Grantee agrees to lay all pipe hereunder at such depth as not to interfere with th,e cultivation of the soil; to pay Grantors any damages to <br /> growing crops, fences or other improvements which may arise from the operations of Grantee; any such damages, if not mutually agreed upon, to be <br /> ascertained and determined by three disinterested persons, one of whom sliall be appoinCecl by Grantors, or their assigns, one by Grantee, and the tliird <br /> chosen by tlie two so appointecl. The written awarcl of a majority of such three persons shall be final ancl conelusive upon the parties hereto. <br /> (2) Grnntee s�iall httve the right, from time to time, after completing the instal�ation of an initial pipe line liereuncler, to construct and install one <br /> or more additional pipe lines hereunder upon payment to Grantors, their heirs or assigns, of an ac�ditional sum of Twenty-five cents per linear rod for each <br /> suc�i aciclitional Iine. <br /> (g) Grantee agrees, as further consideration for this grant, to pay Grantors an additionnl Twenty-five (2g) cents per linear rod for any pipe line, <br /> or section thereof, constructecl Iiereuncler Iiaving an outside diameter of eight inches or over. <br /> �q� f�s further consideration for this grant, �'irantee agrees to install a tap on any gas pipe line constructed by �'irantee upon �'irantors� saic� <br /> premises f or the purpose of supplying gas, so �ong as such pipe Line shall be maintained by Grantee, f or use upon saic�premises f or c�omestie purposes only <br /> and' not for resale. Gas supplied under tl�e terms of this clause s�all be measured and delivered at the line of Grantee at the same price and under the <br /> same rules and regulations, as far as applicable, as in ef fect from time to time for similar service to domestic customers in t�e nearest city or town in <br /> the State of Nebraska in wh.ich Grantee retails natural gas. All connections and equipment from tlie outlet of the meter <br /> shall be furnished and paid for by Grantors under rules and regulations of Grantee. T�e meter and regulator setting will be insta�ed by Grantee wliich <br /> will retain ownership thereof.
