<br /> (t� �`irantee agrees to lay all pipe hereunder at such c�ept�. as not to interfere with t�e cultivation of the soil; to pay �'irantors any damages to
<br /> growing crops, fences or other improvements w�iich may arise from t�ie operations of �'irantee; any suc�i cjamages, if not mutually agreecl upon, to be
<br /> ascertained and determined by three disinterested persons, one of whom shall be appointed by Grantors, or their assigns, one by Grantee, and the third
<br /> chosen by the two so appointec�. TFte written award of a majority of such three persons sFiall be final and conclusive upon the parties hereto.
<br /> (Z) Grantee shall have the right> from time to time, after completing the installation of an initial pipe line hereunder, to construct and install one

<br /> (3) Grantee agrees, as further consideration for this grant, to pay Grantors an additional Twenty-five (2g) cents per linear rod for any pipe line.

<br /> (q) As furtl�er consideration for this grant, Grantee agrees to install a tap on any gas pipe line constructe�I by Grantee upon Grantors' said
<br /> premises f or the purpose o f supplying gas, so long as sueh pipe line shal� be maintainecl by �'irantee, f or use upon saic�premises f or clomestie purposes only
<br /> and not for resale. Gas suppliecl under the terms of tliis clause sTiall be measured and clelivered at the Iine of Grantee at tlie same price and under the
<br /> same rules and regulations, as f ar as applicable, as in e f f ect f rom time to time f or similar service to domestic customers in the nearest city or town in
<br /> tlie State o f /V e b ro s K a in wTiich Grantee retails natural gas. All connections and equipment f rom tlte outlet o f the meter
<br /> shall be furnislied and paid for by Grantors under rules and regulations of Grantee. Tlie meter ancl regulator setting will be insta�ect by Grantee which
<br /> will retain ownership thereof. This provision shall be, given ef fect upon written notice from Grantors.
<br /> (g) It is agreed by Grantors that any payment of consideration due under the terms hereof may be made jointly to Grantors and any mortgagees
<br /> of record at the time such payment becomes due.
