<br /> as such pipe lines, and appurtenances thereto, Shalt be maintained; together with the right of ingress to and egress from said premises for the purpose of
<br /> constructing, inspecting, repairing, maintaining, renewing ancl replacing the property of �'irantee locatec� thereon, or the removal thereof, in whole or in part
<br /> at will of Grantee. Grantors retain the right to use and enjoy said premises, subject only to the riglit of Granfee ta use the same for the purposes
<br /> herein expressed.
<br /> �i� Grantee agrees to lay nll pipe �iereuncler at such clepth as not to interfere with the cultivation of t�ie soil; to pay �'irantors any clamages fo
<br /> growing crops, fences or other improvements w�.ich may arise from the operations of �'irantee; any such c�amages, if not mutually agreed upon, to be
<br /> ascertained and determined by three disinterested persons, one of whom shall be appointecl by Grantors, or their assigns, one by Grantee, and the third
<br /> chosen by the two so appointed. The written award o f a majority o f such three persons shall be f inal and conclusive upon the parties hereto.
<br /> (2) Grantee shall have the right, from time to time, after completing the installation of an initial pipe line l�ereunder, to construct and install one
<br /> or more additional pipe lines hereunder upon payment to Grantors, their lieirs or assigns, of an additional sum of Twenty-five cents per linear rod for each
<br /> such ac�ditional line.
<br /> (3) Grantee agrees, as further consideration for this grant, to pay Grantors an additional Twenty-five (2g) cents per linear rod for any pipe line,
<br /> or section thereof, constructed hereunder having an outside diameter of eight inches or over.
<br /> (4) As further consideration for tliis grant, Grantee agrees to install a tap on any gas pipe Iine constructed by Grantee upon Grantors' said
<br /> premises for the pur7�ose of supplying gas, so long as suc�. pipe line shall be maintained by Grantee, for use upon said premises for clomestic purposes only ,
<br /> ancl not for resale. Gas suppliecl under the terms of this clause sliall be measured and delivered at the line of Grantee at the same price and under the
<br /> same rules and regulations, as far as applicable, as in effect from time to time for similar service to domestic customers in the nearest city or town in
<br /> tlie State of Nebraska in wl�icli Grantee retails natural gas. All connections and equipment from the outlet of tTie meter
<br /> shall be furnislied ancl paid for by Grantors under rules and regulations of Grantee. The meter anol regulator setting will be insta�ed by C'irantee which
<br /> will retain ownersliip tliereo{. This pro�ision sliall be given effect upon written notice from Grantors.
<br /> (g) It is agreed by Grantors t�at any payment of consideration due under the terms hereof may be made jointly to Grantors and any mortgagees
<br /> of record at the time such payment becomes due.
