<br /> The Northwest t�uarter nf Secti�n 2 in Township 9 North and the East Half of the
<br /> Southwest �luarter of Section 2� in Township 10 North all in Ran�e 9 West
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said right-of-way and easement unto said Kansas-Nebraslza Natural Gas Company, Inc., its successors and assigns, so long
<br /> as sucl� pipe lines, and appurtenances thereto, sliall be maintained; together wit�i the right of ingress to and egress from said premises for tlie purpose of
<br /> constructing, inspecting, repairing, maintaining, renewing anc� replacing the property of Cirantee located thereon, or the removal thereof, in whole or in part
<br /> at will of Grantee. Grantors retain the right to use and enjoy said premises, subject only to the right of Grantee to use the same for th.e purposes
<br /> herein expressed.
<br /> (t) Grantee agrees to Iay all pipe hereunder at such deptl� as not to interfere with the cultivation of the soil; to pay Grantors any damages to
<br /> growing crops, fences or other improvemenfs which may arise from the operations of Cirantee; any such damages, if not mutually agreecl upon, to �ie
<br /> ascertainecl and determined by three c�isinterested persons, one of wh.om shall be appointec� by Grantors, or their assigns, one by Grantee, and the third
<br /> chosen by the two so appointed. The written award of a majority o f such three persons shall be f inal and conclusive upon the parties hereto.
<br /> (2) Grantee shall have tlie right, from time to time, after completing tTie installation of an initial pipe line liereuncler, to construct and install one
<br /> or more additional pipe lines leereunder upon payment to Grantors, their heirs or assigns, of an additiona� sum of Twenty-five cents per linear rod for each
<br /> sucli ndditional line.
<br /> (3) Grantee agrees, as further consideration for tTiis grant, to pay Grantors an additional Twenty-five (2g) cents per linear rod for any pipe line,
<br /> or section thereof, constructed hereunder having an outside diameter of eight inches or over.
<br /> (q) f�s further consideration for this grant, �'irantee agrees to insfall a tap on any gas pipe line construetec� by �'irantee upon �'irantors' saic�
<br /> premises for the purpose of supplying gas, so long as such pipe line shall be maintainecl by �'irantee, for use upon saic�premises for domestic purposes only
<br /> nnd not for resale. Gas suppliecl under the terms of this clause shall be measured anct cteliverec� at the line of Grantee at tlie same price and under tlie
<br /> same rules anc� regulations, as f ar as applicable, as in ef f ect f rom time to time' f or similar service to clomestic customers in the nearest city or town in
<br /> tTie State of �jEbr�gka in whicli Grantee retails natural gas. AII connections ancl equipment from the outlet of tTie meter
<br /> sliall be furnished nnd paid for by Grantors uncler rules and regulations of Grantee. Tlie meter ancl regulator setting will be installed by Grantee which
<br /> will retain ownership thereof. This provision sliall be given effect upon written notice from Grantors.
<br /> (g) It is agreec� �iy Grantors that any payment of consideration due under the terms hereof may be made jointly to Grantors and anq mortgagees
<br /> of record at the time such payment becomes due.
