<br /> as such pipe Iines, and appurtenances thereto, shall be maintained: together with, the right of ingress to and egress from said premises for the purpose of
<br /> constructing, inspeofing, repairing, maintaining, renewing anc� replacing the property of �'irantee locatec� thereon, or the removal thereof, in whole or in part
<br /> at will of Grantee. Grantors retain the right [o use and enjoy said premises, subject only to the right of Grantee to use the same for the purposes

<br /> (3) Grantee agrees, as further consideration for this grant, to pay Grantors an additional Twenty-five (2g) cents per Iinear rod for any pipe line,
<br /> or section thereof, constructed hereunder having an outside diameter of eight inclies or over.
<br /> (q� f�s funther consideration for this grant, �'iruntee agrees to insfal� a tap on any gas pipe jine constructed by Grantee upon �'irantors' said
<br /> premises for the purpose of supplying gas, so long as such pipe line sFtall be maintainecl by .�irantee, for use upon said premues for clomestic purposes only
<br /> and not for resale. Gas suppliecl under tTie terms of this clause shall be measurecl and delivered at tlie line of Grantee at t1�e same price and under the
<br /> same rules and regulations, as far as applicable, as in effect from time to time for similar service to domestic customers in tlie nearest city or town in
<br /> t�e State of Nebraska in whicl� Grantee retails natural gas. All connections and equipment from the outlet of the meter
<br /> shall be f urnished and paid f or by Grantors under ru,les and regulations o f Grantee. Tlte meter anc� regulator setting will be insta�ed by Grantee wTiich
<br /> will retain ownership thereof. Tliis provision sliall be given ef fect upon written notice from Grantors.
<br /> (g) It is agreed by Grantors that any payment of consideration due under the terms hereof may be made jointly to Grantors and any mortgagees
<br /> of record at the time such payment becomes due.
