<br /> ascertained and determined by tliree c�isinterested persons, one of whom shall be appointed� by Grantors, or their assigns, one by Grantee, nnd the t�ird
<br /> chosen by the two so appointed. The written award of a majority of sucl� tliree persons shall be final and conclusive upon t�e parties hereto.
<br /> (Z) Grantee shall have the right, from time to time, after completing tlie installation of an initial pipe line hereunder, to construct and install one
<br /> or more additional pipe lines �ereuncler upon payment to Grantors, their lieirs or assigns, of an additional sum of Twenty-five cents per Iinear rod for each
<br /> such additionul Iine.
<br /> (3) Grantee agrees, as further consideration for this grant, to pay Grantors an additionnl Twenty-five (�g) cents per linear rod for any pipe line,
<br /> or section thereof, constructed hereunder having an outsicle diameter of eight inches or over.
<br /> (q) As furtlier consideration for this grant, Grantee agrees to install a tap on any gas pipe line constru,eted by Grantee upon Grantors' said
<br /> premises for the purpose o� suppTying gas, so long as suc�. pipe line shall be maintained by Grantee,for use upon said premises for domestic purposes only
<br /> and not for resale. Gas supplied under the terms of th.is clause shall be measurecl and deTivered at tlie Iine of Grantee at the same price and under the
<br /> same rules and regulations, as f ar as applicable, as.in ef f ect f rom time to time f or similar service to c�omestic customers in th,e nearest city or town in
<br /> t�e State of Nebraska Zn whicl� Grantee retails natural gas. All connecfions ancl equipmenf from the outlet of t�xe meter
<br /> shall be f urnislied and paicl f or by Grantors uncler ru.Ies and regulations o f Grantee. T�e meter anc� regulator setting will be install�d by Grantee whicli
<br /> will retain ownership thereof. TTtis provision shall be given effect upon written notice from Grantors.
