<br /> (2) �'irnntee shall have the right, from time to time, after completing the installation of an initial pipe line hereunc�er, to construct ancl install one
<br /> or more additional pipe lines hereunder upon payment to Grantors, their heirs or assigns, of an additional sum of Twenty-five cents per linear rod for each
<br /> such additional line.
<br /> , (3) Grantee:agrees, as- furtlier considerution for this grant, to pay Grantors an addition�l Twenty-five (2g) cents per linear rod for any pipe Iine, �
<br /> or section thereof, constructecl liereunder having an outside diameter of eight inches or over.
<br /> (q) As furtlier consideration fnr t�iis grant, Grantee agrees to install a tap on any gas pipe line constructed by Grantee upon Grantors' said
<br /> premises for t�ie purpose o{ supplying gas, so long as such pipe line shall be maintained by Grantee, for use upon said premises for domestic purposes onlq
<br /> and not for resale.. Gas suppliecl under the terms of this clause sTiall bg measured and clelivered at the line of Grantee at tlie same price and under the
<br /> snme rules and regulations, as far as applicable, as in ef feet from time to time for simi�ar service to domestic customers in the nearest city or town'in
<br /> tF�e State-of Nebl'3,�ka, in which Grantee retails natural gas. AII connections and equipment from the outlet of the meter
<br /> shall be furnished and paicl for by Grantors unc�er rules and regulations of Grantee. T�e meter ancl regulator setting will be insta�ed by Grantee which
<br /> will retain ownership thereof. This provision s�all be given�effect upon written notice from �'irantors.
<br /> (g) It is agreed by Grantors that any payment of consideration due under the terms hereof may be made jointly to Grantors and any mortgagees
