<br /> or more adc�itional pipe Iines hereunder upon payment to Grantors, their heirs or asgigns, of an additional sum of Twenty-five cents per linear rod for each
<br /> sucli ndditional line.
<br /> I (3) Grarztee agrees, as further consideration for this grant, to pay Grantors an aclditional Twenty-fiue {�g) cents per linear roc� for any pipe line,
<br /> or section thereof, constructed hereunder having an outside diameter of eiglit inches or over.
<br /> (q) As further consicleration for this grant, Grantee agrees to install a tap on any gas pipe line constructed by Grantee upon Grantors' said
<br /> premises fon.the purpose of supplqing gas, so long as such pipe line shatl be maintainecl by �'irantee, for use upon saicl premises for domestic purposes only
<br /> anc� not for resale. Gas suppliec� under the terms of tTiis clause sliall be measured and delivered at the line of Grantee at the same price and under the
<br /> same r.ules and regulations, as far as applicable, as in effect from time to time for similar service to domestic customers in tTie nearest city or town in
<br /> tlxe State of Nebr'�,Bka, in whicTi Grantee retails natural gos. AlI connections and equipment from t�e outlet of the meter
<br /> shall be f urnishecl and paid f or by Grantors under rules and regulations o f Grantee. The meter and regulator setting will be insta�ed by Grantee whicli
