<br /> (2) Grantee shall have the right, from time to time, after completing the installation of an initial pipe line hereuncler, to construct and install one
<br /> or more adc�itional pipe Iines IiereuncIer upon payment to Grantors, their heirs or assigns, of an acic�itional sum of Twenty-five cents per linear roc� for eac1�
<br /> suc�i ac�c�itional line,
<br /> (3� �'irnntee ngrees, as further consideration for t�is grant, to pay �'irantors an additional Twenty-five �2g� cents per linear rod for any pipe line,
<br /> or section thereof, constructed �ereunder l�aving an outside diameter of eig�t inches or over.
<br /> (q� !�s furfher consic�eration for t�is grant, �'irnntee agrees to install a tap on any gas pipe line constructed by �'irantee upon �'irantors� said
<br /> premises f or the purpose o f supplying gas, so long as such pipe line sI�aII be maintainecl by �'irantee, f or use upon said premises f or domestic purposes onty
<br /> and not for resale. Gas supplied under the terms of this cTause shall be measured and delivered at the line o}' Gratttee at t�e same price and under the
<br /> same rules and regulations, as far as applicable, as in effect from time to time for similar service to domestic customers in the nearest city or town in
<br /> tlxe Statcs of Nebraska in whicl� Grantee retails natural gas. AlI connections and equipment from the outlet of the meter
<br /> sliall be f urnished and paid jor by Grantors under rules and regulations o f Grantee. The meter and regulator setting will �ie installed by Grantee whicli
