<br /> The South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Seetion 2 in Township 9 North,
<br /> Range 9 West
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said riglit-of-way and easement unto said Kansas-Nebraska Nattaral Gas Company, Inc., its successors and assigns, so Iong
<br /> as such p.ipe lines, and appurtenances tliereto, shall be maintained; together with tlie right of ingress to and egress from saicl premises for the purpose of
<br /> constructin�, inspecting, repairing, maintaining, renewing anc� replacing the property of �irantee locatecl thereon, or the removal thereof, in whole or in part
<br /> at will of Grantee. Grantors retain tlie right to use and enjoy said premises, subject only to the right of Grantee to use the same for•the purposes
<br /> herein expressed.
<br /> (i) Grantee agrees to lay all pipe hereunder at such dept� as not to interfere with the cultivation of the soil; to pay Grantors anq damages to
<br /> growing crops, fences or ot�ier improvements which may arise from the operations of �'iranfee; any such c�amages, if not mutually agreect upon, to be
<br /> aseertained nnd determined by tliree t�isinterested persons, one of whom shall be appointec� by C'irantors, or their assigns, one by Grantee, ancl t{te third
<br /> chosen by the two so appointed. The written award of a majority of such th,ree persons sliall be final and conclusive upon tlie parties hereto.
<br /> (2) Grantee shall have tl�e right, from time #o time, after comp�eting the installation of an initial pipe line liereunder, to construct and install one
<br /> or more additional pipe Iines hereunc�er upon payment to Grantors, tlieir Fteirs or assigns, of an adc�itional sum of Twenty-f ive cents per linear rod f or each
<br /> - such additional line.
<br /> (3) Grantee ngrees, as further consideration for this grant, to pay Grantors an additional Twenty-five (2g) cents per linear rod for any pipe line,
<br /> or section thereof, constructed hereunder liaving an outside diameter of eiglit inches or over.
<br /> (q) As further consideration.for tliis grant, Grantee agrees to install a tap on any gas pipe line constructed by Grantee upon Grantors' said �
<br /> premises for the purpose o� supplying gas, so long as such pipe line sTiall be mazntained by �irantee, for use upon saicl premises for domestic purposes onlq �
<br /> and not for resale. Gas supplied under tl�e terms of t�is clause shall be measured ancl delivered at the Iine of Grantee at the same price anc� under the
<br /> same rules and regulations, as far as applicable, as in effect from time to time for similar service to domestic customer.s in the nearest city or town in
<br /> t�ie state o{ Nebraska in ru�ic�i �'irantee retails natural gas. All connections ancl equipment from t�e outlet of t�e meter
<br /> shall �ie furnishecl and paid for by Grantors under rules and regulations of Grantee. The meter ancl regulator setting will be installecl by Grantee w�ieh
<br /> will retain ownership thereof. Tl�is provision shall be given effect upon written notice from Grantors.
<br /> (g) It is agreed by Grantors thaE any payme,nt of eonsideration clue:under tlie terms hereof may be made jointly to Grantors ancI any mortgagees
