<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD saicl rigFtt-of-way and easement unto said Kansas-Nebraslza Natural Gas Company, Inc., its successors and assigns, so Iong
<br /> as such pipe lines, and appurtenances thereto, shall be maintained; together with th,e riglit of ingress to ancl egress from saicl premises for tlie purpose of

<br /> ,(t) C'irantee agrees to lay aII pipe IiereuncIer at sucli ctepth as not to interfere with the eultivation of the soil; to pay �'irantors any clamnges to
<br /> growing crops, fences or other improvements w�iich may arise from fhe operations of Cirantee; any such c�amages, if not mutually agreec� upon, to be
<br /> aseertainec� ancl cleterminecl by tliree ctisinterestecl persons, one of whom shall be appointecl by Grantors, or their assigns, one by Grantee, anc� the thircl
<br /> � chosen by the two so appointed. The written award of a majority of such three persons s�iall be final and conclusive upon the parties hereto.
<br /> (2) Grnntee sl�all liave the right, from time to time, after completing the installation of an initial pipe line hereunder, to construct and instaLl one
<br /> or more addittonal pipe lines �ereunder upon payment to Grantors, their heirs or assigns, of an additional sum of Twenty�five cents per linear rod for each
<br /> such additional line.
<br /> (3) Grantee agrees, as further consideration for this grant, to pay Grantors an additionnl Tcuenty-five (2g) cents per linear rod for any pipe Iine.
<br /> or secti.on thereof, constructed hereunder having an outside diameter of eight inches or over.
<br /> (q) As furtlier consideration for this grant, Grantee agrees to install a tap on any gas pipe line constructed by Grantee upon Grantors' said
<br /> premises for t�e purpose of supplying gas, so long as such pipe line shall be maintained by Grantee, for use upon saicl premises for domestic purposes only
<br /> and not for resale. Gas supplied under tlie terms of tl�is clause shall be measured and delivered at tlie line of Grantee at the same price and under the
<br /> same rules and regulations, as far as applicable, as in effect from time to time for similar service to domestic customers in the nearest city or town in
<br /> the State of NH�Y'F�SkCG� in whicl� Grantee retails natural gas. AlI connections and equipment from tTie outlet of the meter
<br /> sliall be furnished and paid for by Grantors under rules and regulations of Grantee. The meter ancl regulator setting will be installed by Grantee which
<br /> will retain ownersltip thereo{. This provision shall be given ef fect upon written notice from Grantors.
