<br /> (2) Grnntee shall have the right, from time to time, after completing t�te installation of an initial pipe line hereunc�er, to ednstru,ct ancl install one
<br /> or more additional,pipe lines hereunder upon paymenC to Grantors, their Iieirs or assigns, of an additional sum of Twenty-�'ive cents per linear rod for each
<br /> such additional line.
<br /> (3) Grantee agrees, as further consideration for this grant, to pay Grantors an adclitional Twenty-five (2g) cents per linear rod for any pipe Iine,
<br /> or section thereof, constructed hereunder Iiaving an outside-diameter of eight inches or over.
<br /> ;(q) As further consideration for tliis grant, Grantee agrees to install a tap on any gas pipe line constructecl by Grantee upon Grantors' said
<br /> premises for the purpose of supplying gas, so long as such pipe line shall be maintained by Grantee, for use upon sait�premises (or domestic purposes only
<br /> anc{ not for resale. Gas suppliec� under the terms of tliis clause shall be measurec� and delivered at tTie line of Grantee at the same price and under the
<br /> same, rules and regu.lations. as far as applicable, as in ef fect from tirnie to time for similar service to domestic customers in the nearest city or town in
<br /> the State of �j@bl'�,�^�La, in whicli Grantee retails natural gas. All connections and equipment from tlie outlet of tlte meter
<br /> shall be furnishecl and paid for by Grantors under rules and regulations of Grantee. Tl�e meter and�regulator setting will be install'ed by Grantee which
<br /> will retain ownership thereo(. This provision shall be given effect upon written notice from Grantors.
<br /> (g) It is agreecI by Grantors tliat any payment of consideration due ander the terms hereof may be made jointly to Grantors and any mortgagees
<br /> of record at the time such payment becomes due.
