<br /> (2) Grantee shall I�ave the right, from time to time, after completing the installation of an initial pipe line hereunder, to construct and install one
<br /> or more additional pipe lines hereunder upon payrnent to Granfors, their heirs or assigns, of an addational sum of Twenty-fiUe cents per Tinear rocl for each
<br /> such additional line.
<br /> (3) Grantee agrees, as further consideration for this grant, to pay Grantors an adc�itional Twenty-five (2g) cents per linear rod for any pipe line,
<br /> or section thereof, constructed hereunder having an outside diameter of eigl�t inches or over.
<br /> (q) As further consideration for tliis grant, Grantee agrees to insta�I a tap on any gas pipe line constructed by Grantee upon Grantors' saic�
<br /> premises for the purpose of supplyirzg gas, so long as such pipe line shnll be maintained by Grantee, for use upon said premises for c�omestic purposes only
<br /> and not for resale. Gas suppliecl under tl�e terms of this clause shall be measurecl and delivered at tlie line of Grantee at the same price and under the
<br /> same rules and regulations, as far as appLicable, as in ef fect from time to time for similar service to domestic customers in the nearest city or town in
<br /> the State of Nebraska in wliicTi Grantee retai�s natural gas. All connectfons and equipment from the outlet of the meter
<br /> shall be furnished ancl paid for by Grantors under rules and regulations of Grantee. The meter and regulator setting will be insta�ed by Grantee whicli
<br /> will retain ownership thereof. This provision s1�all be given effect upon written notice from Grantors.
<br /> (g) It is ac�reed by Grantors that any payment of consideration due under the terms hereof may be made jointly to Grantors and any mortgagees
<br /> of record at the time such payment becomes due.
