<br /> constructing, inspecting, repairing, maintaining, renewing ancl replacing the property of Grantee located thereon, or the removal thereof, in whole or in part
<br /> at will. of Grantee. Grantors retain the rig�it to use and enjoy said premises, subject only to the rigTit of Grantee to use the same for the purposes
<br /> herein expressed.
<br /> (i) Grantee agrees to Iay alI pipe hereunder at Su�h d�pth as not to interfere witl� tlie cultivation of t�e soil; to pay Grantors any damages to
<br /> growing crops, fences or other improvements which may arise from t�e operations of �irantee; any such damages, if nof mutually agreec� upon, fo be
<br /> aseertained and cletermined:•by three disinterested persons, one of w�om sha[l be appointecl by Grantors, or their assigns, one by Grantee, and tlie third
<br /> chosen by the two so appointed. The written award of a majority of such, tTiree persons sTiall be final and conclusive upon the parties hereto.
<br /> (2) Grantee sliall have the right, from time to time, after completing the installQtion of an initial pipe line l�ereunder, to construct and install one
<br /> or more additional pipe lines leereunder upon payment to Grantors, their heirs or assigns, of an additional sum of Twenty-five cents per Iinear rod for each
<br /> such additional Iine. '
<br /> (g) Grantee agrees, as further consideration for tlirs grant, to pay Grantors an addetional Twenty-five (2g) cents per linear rod for any pipe line,
<br /> or section thereof, constructed hereunder having an outside diameter of eight inc�ies or over.
<br /> (q) As further consideration for this grant, Grantee agrees to install a tap on any gas pipe Iine constructed by Grantee upon Grantors' snicl
<br /> premises for the purpose of supplying gas, so long as such pipe dine shalI be maintained by �'irantee,for use upon said premises'for domestic purposes only
<br /> anc� not fon resale. Gas supplied under the terms of this clause shall be measured and deliverecl at the line of Grantee at tF►e same price and under the
<br /> same rules and regulations, as f ar as applicable, as in ef f ect f rom time to time (or similar service to domestic customers in tlie nearest city or town in
<br /> the $tate of Nebraska in wl�ich Grantee retails natural gas. All connections and equipment from tTie outlet of tlie meter
<br /> shall be furnishec�`anc� paitl for by Grantors under rules and reguTattons a{ Grantee. The .meter and regulator setting will be instaTled by Grantee which
<br /> will retain ownership thereof. This provision shall be given effect upon wri�ten notice from-Graretors.
<br /> (g) It is agreed by Grantors that any payment of consideration due under the terms hereof may be made jointly to Grantors ancl any mortgagees
<br /> of record at the time such payment becomes due.
