<br /> constructing, inspecting, repairing, maintaining, renewing anc� replacing the property of �'irnntee located thereon, or the removal thereof, in whole or in part
<br /> at will of Grantee. Grantors retain the right to use and enjoy said premises, subject only to the right of Grantee to use the same for the purposes

<br /> (i) Grantee agrees to lay all pipe hereunder at suclx depth as not to interfere with tlxe cultivation of the soil; to pay Grantors any damages to
<br /> growing crops, fences or ot�er improvemenfs whic� may arise from the operations of �'irantee; any suc�i clamages, if not mutually agreed upon, to be
<br /> ascertained and determined by three disinterested persons, one o f whom shall be appointecl by Grantors, or their assigns, one by Grantee, and tlie third
<br /> chosen by the two so appointecl. Th,e written award of a majority of such three persons sliall be finaT and conclusive upon tTie parties hereto.
<br /> (�) Grantee shall have the right, from tirr�e to time, after completing tl�e installation of an initial pipe line h.ereunder, to construct and install one
<br /> or more additional pipe lines hereunder upon payment to Grantors, tlxeir �eirs or crssigns, of an udditional sum of Twenty-f ive cenfs per linear rod f or each
<br /> such additional Iine.
<br /> (3) Grantee agrees, as further consideration for tl�is grant, to pay Grantors an additiona{ Twenty-five (2g) cents per Iinear rod for any pipe line,
<br /> or section tF�ereof, constructed hereunder having an outside diameter of eiglit inches or over.
<br /> (q) As furt�er consideration for this grant, Grantee agrees to install a tap on any gas pipe line constructed by Grantee upon Grantors' said
<br /> premises for the purpose of supplying gas, so long as such pipe line shall be maintained by Grantee, for use upon saict premises for domestic purposes only
<br /> and not for resale. Gas supplied under the terms of this clause s�all be.measured and delivered at tlie line of Grantee at the same price and under the
<br /> same rules and regulations, as far as applicable, as in ef fect from time to time for similar service to domesfic customers in t�ie nearest city or town in
<br /> the State of Nebraska in whicl� Grantee retails natural gas. All connections and equipment from tAe outlet of the meter
<br /> shal� be furnished and paid for by Grantors under rules and regulations of Grantee. The meter.and regulator setting will be installed by Grantee ruhich
<br /> will refain ocvnership tlxereof. This provision ShaII be given effect upon written notice from Grantors.
<br /> (g) It is agreed by Grantors that any payment of consideration due uncler the terms hereof may be made jointly to Grantors and any mortgagees
<br /> of record at t�e time such payment becomes tlue.
