<br /> ascertained and determined by three disinterested persons, one of wl►om shall be appointed by Grantors, or their assigns, one by Grantee, and the thLTd
<br /> cltosen by the fwo so appointec�. The written award of a majority of such tTiree persons slia�l be final and conclusive upon the parties hereto.
<br /> (2) Grantee shall have tlie right, from time to time, after completing t�e installation of an irzitial pipe line hereuncter, to construct ancl instal� one
<br /> or more ndditional pipe lines l�ereunder upon payment to Grantors, tl�eir heirs or assigns, of an aclditional sum of Twenty-five cents per linear rod for each
<br /> such additional line.
<br /> (3� Grantee agrees, as further consideration for this grant, to pay �'irantors an ac�c�itional �wesety-five (3g� cents per linear rocl for any pipe line,
<br /> or section thereof, constructed hereunder having an outside diameter of eight inches or over.
<br /> (q�!;: f�s furt�er consideration for this grant, �irantee agrees to install a tap on any gas pipe line constructect by �'irantee upon �'irantors� saic�
<br /> premises for t�e purpose of supplying gas, so long as such pipe line shall be maintained by Grantee, for use upon saic�premfses for domestic purposes only
<br /> and not for resaTe. Gas suppliecl under tlie terms of this clause shall be measured and delivered at the line of Grantee at the same price and under the
<br /> same rules and regulations, as far as applicable, as in effect �'rom time to time for similar service to domestic customers in tTie nearest city or town in
<br /> the State of Ne br�sfr� in which Grantee retails natural gas. AII connections and equipment from the outlet o the meter

<br /> sliall�be furnislied and paid for by Grantors under rules and regu�ations of �irantee. The meter and regulator setting will be insta�ed by Grantee which
<br /> will retain ownersliip thereof. TTiis provision sl�all be given ef fect uporz written notice from Grantors.
<br /> (g) It is agreed by Grantors that any payment of consideration due under the terms hereof may be made jointly to Grantors and any mortgagees
<br /> of record at the time such payment becomes due.
