<br /> deed�, one deed being in favor of Charles L. Gideon, recordEd in Book �2 at page 566 of
<br /> Deeda, is one and the same person.
<br /> That he 3.s the unele of one Frances A. 9hields, and that said Francee A. Shields is the
<br /> daughter of �harles L. Gideon, and that Shi elda �.s the maxried name of aaid daughter af
<br /> Charlea L. Gideon; that the Franees A. Bhields who reeeived title 'to an undivided one-ha7,f
<br /> interest in �he eas� half of the above deseribed land from her mother, Ea'�her F. Gideon, a
<br /> widow, by deed recorded in Book 71 at page 673 of Deeds, is the same person who reaeived
<br /> an undivided one-ha1.f interest in said land by the dearee of the coun�y court in the Estate
<br /> of Charles L. Gideon, Deeeased. :: �
