<br /> An ordinance appropriating and eondemning private property in the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska,, for the use oP said City Por enlarg ement of the municipal light and power plant
<br /> as follows: to-wit: The South sixty-aix (6b) feet of Lot One (1), and the South Sixty-
<br /> six (66) feet of the East, Twenty-two (22) feet of Lot Two (2), all in Block FortyLtwo (�F2�,
<br /> Or3ginal Town, now the City of Grand Island, Hall County, N�bras�a, and providing Por the
<br /> procedure in appropriating such private property, and repealing ordinance No. 2056 of the
<br /> ordinanees of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska•
<br /> �nTHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the City oY Grand Island, Nebraska, find that it is
<br /> necessary that private property all withln the sai.d City, be appropriated and candemned
<br /> for enlargement of the municipal light and power plant.
<br /> NOT�T, TH�'REFORE, BE TT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br /> NEBRASKA:
<br /> SECTION l. That the real propert described as: The Sou�h Sixt -six (6�), Peet oP Lot
<br /> One (1) , and the South Sixty-six (66� �'eet of the East Twen�y -two (�22) Peet oP, Lot Two
<br /> (2) , all in Block Forty-two (�+2) , Original Town now the City of Grand Tsland, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, be and the same is hereby appropriated for the u�e of the City of arand Ieland
<br /> for the purUase of extending and enlarging its municipal light and power plant °under and
<br /> bq virtue o� Se�tions 16-601, 16-602, and 16�-603, of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska,
<br /> Por the year o� 1943, �.nd Section Nine {9), of Article Two (2) of the Home Ru1�e Charter
<br /> of the City oP Grand Isla,nd.
<br /> SECTION 2, That the followin� disinterested Preeholders in the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, are hereby appointed to abaess the damages accruing to the owner or owner,s of
<br /> the real estate and rights appropriated:
