<br /> asseesments, at the time the same become due, then in that ease, the whole amount unpaid
<br /> on this contraet shall beeome due and payable without further notiae, and sueh delinquenoy
<br /> in payment, or the f�.i2ure in o�her respecte by the parties of �he seeond part to perform
<br /> the stipulations of this contraet, or any part of them, shall entitle the partle8 of the
