<br /> between `^1. H. Foster a.s parties of the Pirst pa.rt �.nd Champ�in Refining Company �s party
<br /> of t�e second part covering the follo?aing described property, to-wit:
<br /> A pl�t of la.nd large enou�h to erect a signboard �-� feet long, with braces and
<br /> anchors, in the South Half of the Northti�est �,uarter ( Sz N�14) of Section Twenty-seven
<br /> (27) , To��rnship Ten (10) , Range Nine (�) , Hall County, Nebraska, to�ether �•�ith right of
<br /> ingress and ebress to and from said property €�t all times for the purpose of painting,
<br /> repairing, ma.intaining or removin� said signboard,
<br /> which lease contract is recorded in Book S, Page 70, oP the records of said county. Sa.id

<br /> Affi�.nt further st�tes that the above described lease contract is for a term of ten
<br /> years from date thereof and nrovides that the �arty of the second �art ah�ll ha.ve the
<br /> provilege of rene?aing the s�,id le�se for an additional term of ten years upon pa.yment to
<br /> first parties the sum of �25.00.
<br /> Affiant further states that as agent of the said Champlin Refining Company, �nd in
<br /> the presence of H�.ns P�I. Hansen of Grand Isla.nd, Nebraska he notified the said E�rl V.
<br /> Foster in person on August 24, 1946 that the Char.iplin Refining Company desired to renew
<br /> the said lea.se for the terM of ten years and then and th�re tendered the said Earl V.
<br /> � Foster the sum of �?5.00 in 'la���ful money of the United �tates, and that the said Champlin
