<br /> In consideration of the Nebraska Loan & Trust Com�any, arand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> making a loan to me�us, the undersigned, in the swn of �20,000.00, ?�rhich is to be secured
<br /> by a First P�iortgage on the follotaing described real estate:

<br /> the Nebraska Loan & Trust Company all rents or rentals and income to be due or received
<br /> from said property and hereby agree that in case of default of the payment of any taxes �
<br /> when the same shall become delinquent, or in the c�.se of default of the payment of any
<br /> interest on said mortga.�e, or in the default in the payment of any insurance tahen due, _or
<br /> upon the pa.yment oF the principal of said mortgage when the same shall become due, then
<br /> and in any of the said events, the Nebraska Loan & Trust Company is hereby authorized and
<br /> empo?aered to collect all rents f rom sa.id property and to a�ply the same to the p�.yment of
