<br /> The pArties of the second part agree to pay the �axes on said premises commencin� with the

<br /> from the �.11.ey on the North, and it is agreed that the parties of the seeond part are given
<br /> an easement to maintain said sewer in its present condition and to keep the same in repair,
<br /> but they a�ree not to dama�e the North 32 fee� of said Lot over which said sewer passes.
<br /> The parties of the first part agree to �xecute a warranty deed and plac� the same in
<br /> escrow with B.J. Cunn�n�ham, to be delivered when the payments have been fu11y mad� under

<br /> at 60� West -Fourth Street, and. the p�.rties of the � econd part agree that said arrangementa may

<br /> West Fourth Street, but it is a�reed that the part3.e� -o� the second part shall not be re-
