<br /> The pArties of the second part agree to pay the �axes on said premises commencin� with the

<br /> delin�uent p�.ym�nts shall draw interest �.t ��.
<br /> IT IS FURTHE'? AGREED that the sewer connecting and serving �aid property �n�ers �he same
<br /> from the �.11.ey on the North, and it is agreed that the parties of the seeond part are given
<br /> an easement to maintain said sewer in its present condition and to keep the same in repair,
<br /> but they a�ree not to dama�e the North 32 fee� of said Lot over which said sewer passes.
<br /> The parties of the first part agree to �xecute a warranty deed and plac� the same in
<br /> escrow with B.J. Cunn�n�ham, to be delivered when the payments have been fu11y mad� under
<br /> this con�ract, to�ether with a11 interest thereon.
<br /> The parti�s of the first part agree to canvey said property to the part�.es of the second
<br /> p�.rt by a w�.rranty deed, and to deliver an abstrac� of title showing the parties o�' the first
<br /> par� to be the owners o€ a good marketable title to said premises, free and clear of lien�,
<br /> taxes, and encumbrances, except the taxes for 1945, and such '�axe� as may be l�vied aP'�er �he

<br /> The said premises are st�ppl.ied with city wa�er from Fourth Street together with th� house
<br /> at 60� West -Fourth Street, and. the p�.rties of the � econd part agree that said arrangementa may
<br /> continue until th.e part3.es of the first part obtain a meter for the r�sidence located at 606
<br /> West Fourth Street, but it is a�reed that the part3.e� -o� the second part shall not be re-
<br /> quired '�o p�y in excess of �2.00 each quarter f'or the w ater which they may use until said
<br /> meter is installed and the same shall b� instal�.�d within four months f'rom the date hereof.
