<br /> o� the stockholders of the Midwestern Construction Company, all stockholders being present,
<br /> the following resolutions were adopted:
<br /> BE IT FURTHER RE�OLVED that Articl.� V111 of the said Articles be amended so tha'� the
<br /> said shall read following the words, '��eland Mackie shall be Vice�President and 3eeretary"

<br /> "The Secretaxy is empowered to sign all contracts, documents, mortgages and commit-
<br /> ments for and on behalf of the Corporation except deeds for the conveyance oP real estate
