<br /> We, the undersi�;ned, duly qualified and commissioned appraisers appointed by the Judge
<br /> of the Co�.�nty Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in the above entitled matter, to assess the
<br /> damages to the land hereinafte.r described, by reason of the taking by the Central Nebraska
<br /> Public Po�ler and Irrigation District, of a rignt of way and perpetual easement over, upon
<br /> and across said land, for the location, construction, maintenance and operation oP a tra.ns-
<br /> mission line, as herein�.fter described, do hereby report that at ttle hour designated in
<br /> the summons issued herein and served upon us, we appeared as therein commanded and took
<br /> the oath as by 1aw prescribed and thereafter viewed aaid land, to-wit:
<br /> South Half of Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 11 North,Range 9, West of the
<br /> 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska.

<br /> construction, maintenance and operation of a transmission line, the center line of which
<br /> is described as follows:
<br /> An electrica]. 'transmission line locatec� over and across the South Half (S2) of the
<br /> North�est Qu�rter (NW�� of Section Twenty-five (25) , To��rnship Eleven (11) North,Range
<br /> Nine (9) , West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, the centerline of
<br /> said tra.nsmission line bein� described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point on the south line of said South Half (Sz) o�' the Northwest Quarter
<br /> (NW�) 67�-. 3 feet east of thP sou'�hwest corner thereof; thence in a northe�.sterly dirPetion
<br /> on a straight course a diatance of 176.4 feet to the site of Transmission Line 3tructure
<br /> No. 1; thence continuing on said straight course produced a distanee of 7�-0.0 Peet to the
<br /> site of Transmission Line Structure No.2; thence continuing ,on said atraight course pro-
<br /> duced �, dista.nce of 790.0 fee't to the site of Transmission Line Structure No.j; thence
<br /> eontinuing on said straight course produced a distance of .15.7 feet to a point on the
<br /> north line or said South Half (S2) of' the Northwest Quarter (N'lr,�) �00.0 feet west of the �
<br /> northeast corner thereof.
<br /> Th�,t the sa,id tr�,nsmission line will consist oF three (3� 336, �00 circular mils A. C. $.R.
<br /> aluminum conductors sp�,ced 14.5 feet apart, suspended from frame wood pole H-type structures
<br /> and having a minimum clearance above the ground at 6��'$'. , of 26.2 feet. The transmission
<br /> li.ne will be designed and constructea to transmit electrical energy at 115 KV. Struc�ure
<br /> No.l will consist of two (2) 55-foot Class � poles, set 7 feet in the gro�.znd at points 7
<br /> feet 3 inches at right a,ngles on each side of the described centerline of the transmission
<br /> line. The poles �rill be rigidly tied to�ether by cross braces and a double cross arm. The
<br /> conductors �aill be suspended by insulators from the double cross axm vahich �,rill be 29 feet
<br /> 10 inches Ion� arrd �2.0 feet above t?�le ground. One conductor will be suspended from each
<br /> end of the cross arm and one w�ll be suspended from the middle of tne cross arm directly
<br /> over. the centerline of the �ransmission line. There will be a ground wire running down
<br /> the full len�;th of each pole. The lo��er b f eet of the ground wire above the ground will be
<br /> covered by a protec'tive wood rrouldin�. Structures Nos. 2 and 3 �till be identical with
<br /> �tructure No. 1 except t'r�at the pol es will be 60-foot Class 3 pole�, set � f eet in the
<br /> grouna and the double cross arm will be 51 f eet above tne �rounc�.
<br /> Th�.t said right of way and perpetual easement shall include all rights and privilegea
<br /> inciden� to t�.e use and en�oyment thereof, permission to enter on, construc� over, across
<br /> and above sai�. land saicl transmis�ion line, and to maintain, repair ancl oper�,te tne same,
<br /> includin�; the ri�ht to trim and remove underl�rush and trees f�r s��.fe clearances.

<br /> and operation of said transmission line, over, upon, ancl across said land as above des-
