<br /> I as by law prescribed and thereafter viewed said land, to-wit:
<br /> The Northeast Quarter_ of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2�, Township 11, North,Range 9,

<br />� and the ri�ht of' way and permanent easement over, upon an�. across said land for the eonstrut�-
<br />'� tion, maintenance and oper�ation of a transmission line, the eenter line of' which is des-
<br />! cribed as folloTas:
<br /> An electrical transmission line located over and across the Northeast Quarter (NE�� of
<br /> the Southeast Quarter ( SF�) of Section Twe nty-Four (2�+) , Township Eleven (11) North,Range
<br /> Nine ( West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hal.l County, Nebraska, the c�nterline of
<br /> 9) ,

<br /> said transmission line bein� described as follows.
<br /> Begi nnin� a� a point on the south line of said Northeast Quarter (NF,�) of the Southeast
<br /> Quarter (SF.�,) 1103. 6 feet west of the southeast corner thereof which point is the site of
<br /> Transmission Line gtructure No.l; tnence in a northeas�erly direction on a straight course
<br /> produced a dist�nce of 6�9. 5 feet to the site of Tranamission Line 8tructure No.2, thence
<br /> eontinuin�; on saic� straight course produced a diatance of �65.0 feet to the site of Trans-
<br /> mission Line s�ruc�ure No. 3, thence continu�ng on said straight course produeed a dis-
<br /> tance of 612.0 feet to a point on trle east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE� of the
<br /> Southeast Quarter (SE�) 70.3 feet south of the northeast corner thereof.
<br /> The said transmission line will consist of tnree t3) 336, �00 eircular mila A. C.S.R.
<br /> i aluminum conductors space�. 1��. 5 feet apart, suspended from frame wood pole H-�ype struc-
<br /> tures and havin� a minimum clearance above tne ground at b0°F. , of 26.2 f eet. The trans-
<br />'4 mission line will be desi�ned an�. constructed to tranamit electrical �ner�y at 115 KV.
<br /> 5�ructure No.l will consist of two (2) 50-foot Class � poles, set 7 f�et in th� ground
<br /> at points 7 feet 3 inches at ri�ht angles on each side of the described centerline of the
<br /> transmission line. The poles will be rigidly tied together by cross braces and a double
<br /> cross arm. The conductors will, be suspended b;� insulators from the double cross arm which ..
<br /> will be 29 feet 10 inches long and �2.0 feet above the ground. One co nductor will be sus-
<br /> pended from each end of the c�oss arm and one Eaill be suspended from the middle of the
<br /> cross arm directly over the centerline of the transmission line. There will be a �round
<br /> wire running down the full length of .each pole. The lpwer 6 feet of the ground wire above
<br /> the ground will �e covered by a protective woQd mouldin�,. Structure No. 2 will be identical
<br /> with Str�zcture No. 1 except that the poles will be 55-foo� �lass � poles set 7 feet 6 inehes
<br /> in tne ground and the -doubl� cros5 arm will be 46. 5 feet above the g�r'ound. Also, there will
<br /> be a guy wire attached to �ach pole which extends downward from a point �ear 'the tops of
<br /> th� po�es to the ground in a direction away from �he railroad tracks. Transmission Line
<br /> Structure No. � rrill be identical with Structure No. 1 except that the poles w�.11 be 65
<br /> feet Class � ��oles set � feet C inches in 'the ground and the cross arm wi11 be 55 feet
<br /> 6 inches above the ground, Also, there will be a guy wire attached to each pole which
<br /> extenas aownward from a point near the tops of the pQles to '�he ground in a direction
<br /> away from the railroad tracks,
<br /> Th�t sa.id right of way and perpetual easement shall ir�clud� al1 rights and privile�es
<br /> incident to the use �.nd en�oyment thereof, permission to enter on, construct over, across
<br /> and above said 1a.nd said transmission line, a�.d to maintain, repair and operate the same,
<br /> including tize right to tr3m �.nd r�move underbrush and trees fqr s�fe elearances.
<br /> We finr� and assess the damages on account o�' ti�e location, Qon��r.°uction, maintenance,
<br /> and o��eration of said- transmission line, over, upon, and across said land as above described,
<br /> and the right of way and perpetual easement therefor as af'oresaid, as follows:
