<br /> practieable, a fireguard a.t leas� six feet wide; to keep the leasec� premises free from combus-
<br /> tible material; to plant no trees or shrub'r�ery, and to erect no structvres thereon; to put
<br /> no�hin� upon the leased premises t,rrlich mi�ht obstruct or interfere witn tne view. Lessor
<br /> reserves the ri�ht to take temporary or permanent possession of all or any portion of the
<br /> leased �remises whenever tneir use may become necessary or expedient, in the ,judgment of the
<br /> Lessor, for railroa.a purposes, includin� tne location of public or private wareh�uses, ele-
<br /> vators, or ot�ier industries t�rith tne design to fa.cilita�e anc3 promote traffic, or �'or, or in

<br /> Lessee will surrender peaceable possession of sai� premises at the expiration of tnis lease.
