<br /> . lines for the tr�.nsmission of electric energy, together with the right to erect and maintain
<br /> alI necessary poles, wires and other necessary equipment in connection therewith, on and

<br /> SW corner of the property thence in an easterly direction over and across the property,
<br /> for a distance of 1/4 mil.e to the east border of the property.
<br /> The District shall also have the privilege and easement of ingress and egress across the
<br /> property �o its officers and employees for any pur�ose necessary in connection with the
<br /> construction, opera'Gion, m�,intenance and inspection of sai�. line.
<br /> The District shall also have the right at any time to trim or remove such trees and
<br /> underbrush as may in any way endanger or interfere with the safe operation of the lines
<br /> and equipment used in connection therewith.
<br /> The District will be reapon�ible for all damage ta growing crops caused by any of its
<br /> employees working on or inspecting the line, and the District wi1.1 restore all fences so
<br /> in,�ured. - �
